Influence

You enjoy the challenge of coaching a student and the achievement of helping them grow. Passing your knowledge onto a student and being a positive influence to them is what drives you. You are an ambassador to the sport and a positive example that we are here to learn and have fun, not to "show off" or "be the best driver". You are willing to be a mentor to your student for the day/weekend; the student should be able to find you and feel comfortable approaching you with any question. You will help them find an answer even if you do not know it yourself.
