Successful ability to create achievable goals per session/day/event

The driver reviews the subjects in their My Learning profile and works collaboratively with their instructor to work on 3-4 goals from the Novice Instructed skill sets per session. Once they master a skill, they then add another to the list to work on next until all skills in groups A,B,C,D are completed.
