Throttle lift after giving point-by, not drag racing

Passing is a cooperative effort. Once a point-by is given, the driver being passed must take appropriate actions to assist the safe execution of the pass. If the passing car is a momentum car with lower horsepower, a higher horsepower car assisting the pass will likely have to lift or delay their acceleration until the pass is successfully completed. Even with similarly matched cars, the car being passed may have to lift to assist the pass. Drag racing is not tolerated and will be dealt with firmly and appropriately.
